2. Orders, Pricing & VAT

All prices on the website are displayed in Euros (€ EUR) and include statutory Irish Value Added Tax (VAT) at the prevailing rate where applicable.

• We reserve the right to correct pricing errors or inaccuracies before an order is dispatched.
• Order confirmation emails acknowledge receipt of your order; the legal contract of sale is concluded only upon dispatch of goods.
• Payment must be authorized in full via credit/debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or Klarna before dispatch.

3. Products, Fit & Pet Safety

We make every effort to display the colors, specifications, and dimensions of our collars, leashes, harnesses, and beds accurately.

• Pet Safety Responsibility: Pet owners are responsible for ensuring that collars and harnesses are fitted properly and inspected regularly. Never leave tethered pets unattended on tie-outs.
• Natural Variations: Genuine solid cast brass and vegetable-tanned leather exhibit natural grain and surface character which are hallmarks of authenticity.

4. Shipping, Risk & Title

Title to and risk of loss in ordered items pass to you upon physical delivery of the goods to your designated delivery address by our carrier (An Post, DPD, or DHL). If an item arrives damaged in transit, you must notify us within 48 hours of receipt at support@DoggosGear.ie.

5. Statutory Right of Withdrawal & 30-Day Returns

Under the European Union (Consumer Information, Cancellation and Other Rights) Regulations 2013, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. We extend this right to a full 30-day return period on all clean, unworn items in original condition.

6. Lifetime Hardware Guarantee

Our Lifetime Hardware Guarantee covers metal snaps, D-rings, rivets, and buckles against material failure and breakage for the lifetime of the product. The guarantee does not cover pet chewing, cosmetic scratch wear, or unauthorized modifications. Full policy details are set forth in our Guarantee Terms.

7. Limitation of Liability & Governing Law

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury arising from negligence, fraud, or any statutory consumer rights that cannot be waived under Irish law.

These Terms and any dispute arising under them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland. You agree that the courts of Ireland shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
