Gently try the collar or harness on your pet indoors. Keep tags intact while checking fit.

Initiate Return
Use the portal below or email us with your order number and desired replacement size.

Ship Back
Repack the item and drop it off at any local An Post post office or courier drop point.

Rapid Refund
Once inspected, your exchange is dispatched or your refund issued within 3–5 business days.
Return Conditions
- Item must be clean and free from pet hair, soil, or stains.
- Hardware must be unmarred without outdoor asphalt gouges.
- Must be initiated within 30 days of parcel arrival.
- Free size exchanges on all dog & cat harnesses.

Puppies grow fast, and guessing breed chest circumference can be tricky. If your harness or collar arrives too tight or loose, we cover the replacement delivery fee entirely.
