Will I have to pay import duties or Brexit taxes in the UK?
No. All UK orders are shipped under Delivery Duty Paid (DDP). The price you see in the checkout is the total final price — zero customs or courier surcharge fees upon delivery.
What should I do if my tracking status hasn't updated?
Couriers typically take 12–24 hours from parcel pickup to scan packages at central sorting depots. If your status has not changed after 48 hours, please reach out to hello@DoggosGear.ie.
Can I redirect my delivery to a neighbor or safe place?
Yes! Once you receive your dispatch email with your An Post or DPD tracking link, you can customize your delivery preferences directly on the carrier portal.
What packaging do you use?
100% biodegradable and recyclable. We use unbleached FSC-certified cardboard boxes, water-activated kraft paper tape, and vegetable-based inks. No plastic poly mailers.
